Counter Terrorist Special Forces (CTSF) was founded in the 1980s with assistance from the dominating intelligence agency, and is an armed organization under the jurisdiction of the supervisory committee. This organization possesses the most advanced equipment and the best soldiers chosen from armed forces of the world, aimed at stopping terrorist action and maintaining world peace. In the 2020s, more than 30 years since CTSF was formed, a scientist developed a gigantic computer with artificial intelligence, allowing the organization to predict terrorist activity, consolidating CTSF’s superiority in this area. Just when everybody is relaxing in the comfort of this knowledge, there was a sudden and massive terrorist attack. And only two operatives with the name of Owl and Raptor have any chance of stopping the terrorists.
