Pokemon Fire Red & Pokemon Leaf Green are remakes of the original Pokemon Red and Pokemon Green for GameBoy. You can play as either a boy or a girl at the beginning, the three initial Pokemons are Charmander, Bulbasaur and Squirtle. During the adventure, you will receive a new Pokemon Navigator, which is an improved version of the Pokemon Navigator from Ruby / Sapphire. A new Teaching TV Mode is added to the game, which explains how to play the game. In addition there is a Quick Help function, which can be accessed by pressing the L button at any time. The text size is also larger for easy reading. Pokemon Fire Red / Green Leaf includes and support the new GBA Wireless Communication Adapter, which allows two or more GBA systems to communicate wirelessly several meters away. It is possible to battle and exchange Pokemons with Pokemon Ruby / Sapphire, and you can also connect the game with Pokemon Colosseum for GameCube.
