All you have to do is purchase something on the PSN and you’ll automatically be entered. While this is kind of a hard thing to do in the US with such a limited selection, the Japanese PSN store is brimming with PS1 titles so it’s likely many will enter unknowingly. Don’t expect this to hit any other region either as the PSN Cards just came out in the US with little to no promotion.
