Around 10 years in development now and we finally get a teaser for Duke Nukem Forever today so I thought it’d be fun to do a little trailer retrospective on this long thought to be vaporware title.

The new trailer looks a bit outdated in the visuals department doesn’t it?
No way! They’re still working on this? What game engine are they using? Didn’t they start with the half-life engine?

Actually, it started production before Half Life came out. They started with the Quake engine, then switched to Unreal.
Actually, the monsters look pretty darn good, but Duke is seriously not looking good there.
Fuck graphics. Just give me FPS with a good storyline and humor.
