Somehow EA decided to promote Need For Speed ProStreet via http://www.page3.com/, a UK softcore porn site akin to Maxim but topless. After this story broke EA took down all the pictures and video but of course other sites immediately grabbed them and rehosted them for your viewing pleasure. Yes, it’s probably wrong to use this tactic to market to children but the ads are actually quite tasteful. Decide for yourself and leave a comment to let everyone know what you think.

NSFW Pictures And Video

“We regret that these images slipped through the proper EA approval process,” said a spokesperson for the publisher, speaking to GamesIndustry.biz.

“They were not appropriate for our brand. The original site has been taken down this morning.”

  1. OH NO NOT NUDES !!! Personally I think that people are way to uptight about all this, Anyone ever stop to think that just like in school the bullies react because they get a reaction, don’t make a big deal out of it and its not a problem…. point being people get all bent over a few boobs here and there it’s only a problem because some people react to it ….

Also I think its about time some of these companies get a grip on the fact that although the mentality is still games are for kids, the adults are the ones that spend/have more money then the average child and the adults play video games …. let the warning go on and get the cash from the source that gives it anyway .. the adults.. Adults that are all worried over a couple boobs are idiots anyway :)
